“How much of a testosterone boost can I expect in four weeks?”
The biggest changes are usually within the first few weeks, but it does depend on your starting point. If you’ve got a lot of room for improvement, you could be looking at a 50-100% increase within four weeks.
“What about TRT, do you think it’s a good idea?”
Testosterone Replacement Therapy only makes sense if two conditions have been met:
- You’re at least age 50, probably more like 60.
